I own my own Phone Company & Ebay store. When I relocated I shopped around to find an affordable company to relocate my 40' X 10' space to a closer facility. Mark the owner told me he also had storage space and he was just across the River in Pa. I already priced other storage units before our meeting and was anxious to move quickly. When mark showed me his units I thought this isn't for me. Mark doen't like to lose a deal and he showed me his new section. I couldn't beleive this wonderful unit not the wooden ones they custom made but the chainlink caged style. 46' X 16' much larger than where I was rented before for a third of the price. I was so excited. It was like a small ranch. The warehouse sometimes can be very cluttered due to all the moving stuff in and out. Lots of the tenants don't pay and abandon there stuff so mark and his many guys recycle everything. I went back and the entire place was cleaned up. So don't let the mess's fool you. I don't know who all the previous reviewers are but I'm sure some may be from competitors. They are like no other. Mark installed electric in my unit with extra lighting and many extra outlets to test my phone systems. He gave me a large work bench and cart with wheels for free. I hired his guys to install heavy duty shelving. He is one of the most generous guys I know. He's not quick to kick you out if your behind on the rent . As long as he knows your good for it, I definitely don't want my stuff in the recycling bin. My boyfriend who usually spent $$ to relocate his 5000 sq ft home  now uses Superior and no one else. I swear by them. Very professional. I just monitored his move a month a go.The team was very professional. They received $50 a piece tip for 8 guys. They also relocated his large 20,000 ft office and yes a few of the guys were agitated because of the complex cubicles they had to detach and reinstall. Most companys pay several thousand to specialized cubical movers but Mark does'nt like to turn work away. One of his guys was cursing and Mark fired him on the spot. Yes Moving guys sometimes curse. It's in their DNA. I have only witnessed that once. I have referred them out several times.Me and 2 of my friends now have 7 units. The price is so good it pays to get multiple units. I have one of the best ones. I may move soon but I'll always keep that unit even if I move far away. Their guys Tim Howard Brian T-Bone to mention a few are always friendly and help me move things in and out of my storage and don't expect tips. Mark says no tips aloud in the warehouse. I love those guys because I can hire a guy for about $79 an hour or $89 for 2 guys. You can get a lot done at home for these rent a guys. I'm thinking of getting new carpet and having them move my furniture out and then back in. Sorry for the long review but I  was appalled at all the bad reviews I saw on YELP. I'm sure some of that particle Board furniture gets damaged. Real furniture doesn't fall apart.  Call me if you want advice or a phone system lol 856-303-9500. Barb.

After cancelling my original reservation with Superior after reading some negative on-line reviews, Mark the owner, decided to find out why and make whatever wrong was written RIGHT. And, in fact, I wasn't disappointed, but DELIGHTED!
Mark's genuine concern convinced me, reluctantly, to give them a chance I wouldn't regret. Mark promised to deliver his best and professional crew. In fact, 4 delightful men, (Bill Pollard, Felix Jimenez, Dave James, and George Ortiz) showed up just a little late, but they called to let me know. When they arrived, they worked tirelessly with a smile to load the truck efficiently with great attention to all the details. They wrapped fragile fabric chairs and glass table tops to make sure everything arrived perfectly. The loading was efficient and fast.
After arriving at my new house, they made every effort to put all the boxes in the proper location, furniture was carefully unwrapped and trash discarded. They carefully dismantled a very heavy IKEA bookcase in order to get it upstairs, then rebuilt the top after making it safely to its new location. There was NOTHING that they weren't willing to do with a smile.
Mark promised me a smooth and terrific job, and the amazing crew delivered it! I thank all of you for making a potentially stressful day go so smoothly and easy. THUMBS UP EVERYONE!! Call Superior..it was terrific.

Service cost: $680

This is the third time I have used Superior and once again they performed perfectly. The three man crew of T-Bone, Cupcake and Mike (who really needs to get a nickname) worked hard and worked quickly both with the loading & unloading of my goods. They ended up taking less time than anticipated and the cost for the move was lower that estimated. They even were able to accommodate a 1 day delay in moving that I had requested due to a problem that arose at my destination point. You could not possibly go wrong hiring these folks. I am 3 for 3 with them and would unquestionably recommend them!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $450

I have moved many times in the past 40 years and have never experienced the professionalism of the 4 man crew from Superior lead by T-Bone. Upon arrival they very quickly assessed the situation in my 3 bedroom condo and the order in which to load the van, this made unloading it very efficient. They disassembled beds and desks and reassembled them at the destination and took great pains to wrap a particularly delicate dining room table. They had to maneuver down 2 flights of very tight stairs to load the van and up to 3 flights at the destination. Throughout they were very friendly and accommodating. They even rearranged furniture that was already in place at the destination.
They did all this in 5 hours, including travel time of about 45 minutes.
This move was a work of art.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $750

I received three estimates for my move and went with superior moving primarily for the price and what the owner said about hidden fees that others charged. He even gave me the name of their insurance company which he explained was included in the price. Sounded too good to be true and believe me it was. He said it would take 2 men 3 hours and 3 men 2. Because I live in the city and could only reserve the freight elevator for 2 hours I elected for 3 men. We initially agreed on 10 am but when I could only get the freight elevator until noon, I called back and asked them to come at 9. When he called the day before to confirm I reminded him I needed them there at 9. They showed up at 945 and then moved as slow as molasses. My property manager twice went to them because my time for the elevator was almost up and they still hadn't even started to move the furniture. The first time he went to check on them they were cutting up boxes. Since one of my boxes went missing, I have to wonder if they were cutting up boxes or cutting boxes open! With 30 minutes left and all my furniture still needed to be moved, there was no time to shrink wrap anything including my mattress!! Also my flatscreen tv was not shrink-wrapped or boxed up and was damaged in the move. We finally got to my new apartment and only had 45 minutes to unload and get everything off the freight elevator. After 15 minutes of nothing being done, my property manager gave me a 30 minute warning. I kicked it into gear, helped to load the freight elevator and took the first load up and unloaded the elevator myself. Somehow my job came in near the maximum quoted price despite the fact that I unloaded at least half of the items moved. Next time I will rent a u-haul and look for someone without work to help me. It would have been cheaper, done within the necessary time frame and I probably would still have all my stuff. When I complained to the owner he tried to make things right with furniture or a bigger TV. I don't want either. I just want honestly. Do yourself a favor and look for a reputable company with good reviews and not just the best price. Do your homework and make sure you are dealing with a reputable company. Some things can't be replaced and the so called insurance doesn't cover things you packed. Would have been helpful to know that before I hired them.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $400

A friend gave me her family heirloom Baldwin piano that her mother gave her and her sister when they were kids. So we really were concerned about finding a reasonably priced mover that had experience moving pianos plus proper bonding and insurance. Superior Moving and Storage of Philadelphia, Pa was our choice. I communicated directly with the owner who was courteous and professional. The moving crew were very thoughtful and careful moving the piano. I highly recommend this company.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $294

I used the company twice, the first time the move was interrupted because of time restraints set by my previous apartment's leasing office (there was a fire, so every tenant had to be escorted when entering the building).First time around 2 gentlemen, Mike and Neal came and the second time it was Neal and Zane. All three were very polite, friendly and helpful.Both times I set up a time for pickup on the same day, there were no hassles there either. They were willing to adjust to the leasing office's requirements.I will definitely turn to Superior moving for all my subsequent moves after this pleasant experience.
